Basil gnocchi with tofu sausage and vodka sauce
No strict recipe here, folks. Saute onions and garlic in olive oil. Slice Tofurky sun dried tomato “sausage” and add to pan. Saute until sausage is browned. Add bottled vodka sauce of your choice. Cook basil gnocchi according to package directions and add to sausage mixture once cooked. Add torn basil leaves before serving. Yum!
